What to Expect?
When you contact Miko Development, you'll speak directly with General Contractor Michelle Durey, who specializes in structural repairs.
After you describe the issue, Michelle will determine whether a structural engineer needs to be involved before a site visit is scheduled.
Michelle and/or a partnering engineer will then visit the property to assess the conditions, develop a plan of action, and determine whether emergency shoring is required for immediate safety.
From there, Miko will work efficiently with engineering to develop a tailored repair plan. Once the scope is finalized, construction will be scheduled and executed with urgency and control.
