We use pre-finished plywood cabinets with hardwood fronts

Flooring
SPC flooring is one of the most durable options for rental properties. It’s waterproof, rigid, and more dent-resistant than traditional LVP or WPC flooring.
We install neutral colored commercial-grade SPC flooring with a durable wear layer — waterproof, dent-resistant, and perfect for high-traffic rental units. Our standard options are scratch-resistant, modern in style, and easy to maintain.
Paint
We utilize Sherwin Williams SuperPaint® for durability on walls— a washable, long-lasting finish that holds up between tenants. Walls will be painted in Satin sheen, except for kitchen and baths will be semi-gloss.
